It runs through a number of programs. None of us want to open a dishwasher that hasn’t finished rinsing. Similarly, it is not nice for our children to open their eyes until they have finished their nightly programs, which sleep so brilliantly provides.
Bedtime meditation
With bedtime child meditation, you can teach your child to fill themselves up with love, cleanse their mind, get to know themselves better and fall asleep faster, sleep better and longer. You install a peaceful sleeping program on their inner dishwasher, so to say.
